Candide Bedding Collection

Discover CANDIDE* bed linen with its stylized floral design inspired by 18th century Persians. This bed linen set is refined by its hand worked motifs and the line which gives a lot of finesse. The colouring in slightly soggy gouache develops the gradations and some white outlines in reserve bring a lot of light. We find relief and harmonious movements, with this modernized and refreshed design thanks to its light blue background. The coloured flowers are cheerful, the Baltic background soothes us. The reverse side animated with small carmine strokes on the same fresh background as the main one creates a very soft counterpoint, a false plain effect that warms up the blue. The whole is underlined by a matt khaki cotton braid in piping which breaks the potential classism and gives it its trendy touch. Printed on our 80 threads/cm² cotton percale which gives it softness, freshness and a great resistance to washing. The packaging is fully recyclable and reusable to reduce waste as much as possible.

*The name of the model refers to the philosophical tale of Voltaire, Candide or The Optimist, published under a pseudonym in Geneva in 1759, it was one of the greatest literary successes of its time
